2. Check Payment:

address, phone, and fax number. Mail your check the same day you fax with address information to:

Packaging Charge:    Add $25.00 For Single Tank & Bracket Orders.
                                Add $10.00 For Parts Orders.

Freight Terms:               FOB: Origin, Collect Freight
                                        Supply us with your UPS Account Number
                                        and or Preferred freight carrier.

Returned Items:             A "Return Authorization Number" is required.
                                        There is a 20% restocking charge.
                                        Items must be shipped freight prepaid,
                                        packaged and received in good condition.
